Our Promise in Simple Words
- Return Window: 1 days from the date of delivery
- Exchange Window: 7 days from the date of delivery
- Pickup will be arranged only from the original delivery address
Please check your jewellery immediately after delivery.
When Is Your Item Eligible?
Your piece can be returned or exchanged if:
- The item is unused and unworn
- All original tags, invoice, and packaging are intact
- The request is raised within the allowed time frame
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (exchange/store credit only)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items purchased during exhibitions or pop-up events
Wrong Size Ordered?
If an incorrect ring size is ordered, the item cannot be returned. However, we can assist with resizing or replacement with applicable charges.

- Mention the reason for return or exchange
- Attach clear product photos (Unboxing video required for damaged items)
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours. Return request should be raised within 24 hours of delivered date.
Pickup and Shipping Process
- Reverse pickup will be arranged for most serviceable PIN codes
- If pickup is not available in your area, you may self-ship the product using a trackable courier.Courier reimbursement up to ₹100 will be provided with a valid receipt
Please ensure the item is securely packed before shipping.
Refund Details
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer
- A handling fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount
Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after quality inspection approval. Bank processing times may vary.
Exchange Process
- The replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item passes quality inspection
- Any price difference must be paid before dispatch
- If the exchanged item costs less, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit
You will receive tracking details once the replacement is shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Share an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened
- Provide photos of the product and outer shipping label
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost. Claims without proper evidence or showing signs of tampering may not be accepted. Final decisions remain with Ahnira.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp with Order ID
- Orders already processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled
- Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD) Confirmation Policy
- All COD orders require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp
- Customers must confirm their COD order within 24–48 hours of order placement
- If confirmation is not received within the specified time, Ahnira reserves the right to cancel the order
- Repeated unconfirmed or refused COD orders may result in COD service being restricted for the customer

If all processes, timelines, and obligations are fulfilled from the brand’s end, and a customer makes false, misleading, or defamatory statements on social media or public platforms that harm the brand’s reputation, Ahnira reserves the right to take appropriate legal action under applicable laws.
