At Ahnira, we stand behind the quality of our 925 sterling silver jewellery. We offer a complimentary 1-Year Warranty from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects and abnormal tarnishing under normal usage conditions.
Our jewellery is designed to be durable and safe for occasional water exposure. However, proper care is essential to maintain long-lasting shine and finish.
What Does the 1-Year Warranty Cover?
- Manufacturing defects in 925 sterling silver
- Unusual or excessive tarnishing under normal wear conditions
- Plating issues (rhodium or gold plating) caused due to manufacturing faults
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the Ahnira quality team.
How to Claim Your Warranty
- Take clear photos and a short video showing the issue.
- Email us at care@ahnira.com with:
- Your Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Photo and video evidence
- Once approved, you will be asked to self-ship the product to our official address.
- Email us the courier details along with the AWB/tracking number.

After receiving the product, our quality experts will conduct a detailed inspection and testing process. If the claim is approved, the repaired or refinished product will be shipped back to you at no additional repair cost.
Ahnira reserves full discretion in determining the validity of warranty claims.
What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?
- Damage, breakage, or deformation after delivery
- Jewellery altered, resized, or repaired by a third party
- Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence
- Known defects disclosed at the time of purchase
- Loss or theft of jewellery
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by improper storage
- Detached stones or zirconia due to mishandling or impact
- Deep scratches, dents, or accidental damage
Special handcrafted collections without protective plating may not be eligible for plating-related warranty coverage. Product-specific exclusions (if any) will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
