Ahnira is not a made-up word. It is a name — one that carries with it two people who shaped the way our founder sees jewellery, craftsmanship, and what it means to build something with intention.
Ahni- from Anita. -ra from Rajesh. Their daughter merged the syllables of their names into a single word — and built a silver jewellery brand around it. At Ahnira, that is not a detail. That is the foundation.

Where It Began
A dream that started at home.
Our founder grew up in a middle-class Indian home where silver was the one luxury that always felt within reach. Every morning, her mother would open a small steel box, pick a piece quietly, and step into her day — no occasion needed. Just a woman who believed she deserved to feel beautiful, every single day.
That belief became a question: why is it so hard to find jewellery that is beautiful, honest, and made for real life? Not locked away for festivals. Not fragile. Not out of reach. Just well-made silver — for every woman, every day.

Every piece of Ahnira jewellery is manufactured in India, by skilled karigars who bring generations of craft knowledge to the bench. We work closely with our manufacturing partners — reviewing every design, refining every silhouette — to ensure that the finished piece reflects the standard we have set for ourselves.
We use 925 sterling silver, exclusively. No gold vermeil, no coated metals, no substitutes. What you wear is exactly what it says it is — and it is made to last.
